Japonesque Go Curl Eyelash Curler Review

Don’t be fooled by the small size of the Japonesque Go Curl mini curler.  It provides an even amount of
pressure with just a bit of a squeeze from your fingers.  I didn’t have any problem getting my corner lashes
with it.  Just like all higher end eyelash curlers it boasts refillable pads that you can replace with refills
so you won’t have to worry about breaking and pinching your eyelashes.  I really like that It has a lever in
the back that you squeeze with your fingers to close the curler.  This is a lot easier to use than other
pocket lash curlers that you have to press down on really hard to get a good crimp.

Eye Makeup Products For Asian Eyes

But what’s really exciting about this curler is that it is absolutely perfect for Asian eyes.  Unlike
normal eyelash curlers, it is flatter and less curved so even if you have short lashes you will be able to get all
of them with the Japonesque Go Curl.  Also if you’re Asian then I’m sure you have the problem of stick
straight eyelashes
that go flat just as soon as you step out of the bathroom.  Well with the Go-Curl
pocket curler you won’t have to worry about that, just touch up wherever you can find a mirror.  It’s really
easy to use and is small enough to fit in your clutch or pocket.

I’m 47, and have long straight lashes, that are invisible unless curled.
For years I used the metal eyelash curler, and would pinch my eyelid. So when it was time for a replacement, I read the reviews, and I bought this one, I liked the idea of the size of it, as I always carried my old metal eyelash curler with me, as my curled lashes never lasted that long.
This curler is portable, stylish, but mostly it is the best eyelash curler ever, when I use it, the curl last a whole day, and sometimes two. The other plus, no pinching at all. With it’s design, it’s also easy to get all your lashes, without any difficulty at all.
The other thing, I’m not the most coordinated, when it comes to an item like this, but have no fear, this pocket curler, makes it very easy to have beautiful curled lashes.

It was a bit awkward to use at first, and the description of how to use it is very poor, which is the only reason I gave it only 4 stars instead of 5. I used it the wrong way at first, which made my eye lashes even straighter.
But what can make my lashes that straight, can make them also very curly. So I flipped the thing around, figuring that I did something wrong, and voila: absolute gorgeous curled lashes, better than any other eye lash curler I have ever used before, including heated units.

If you end up with very straight lashes, you most probably had it applied the wrong way, and that is very easy to do, as the description is very poor. All in all, once you get the hang of it and know how to use it, the lashes are amazing, even without mascara.

The seller for this is fast, super fast. . . and they ship APO. :) This was shipped to me on Dec 28, 2009, and arrived Jan 6, 2010, a shockingly fast turn-around time for an APO shipment.
The curler is awesome. It’s much smaller than the picture lets on, even after reading the description of the item, I just didn’t realize how small it would be. It’s super-small, but still easy to hold and use, and you can get free pads for it for the rest of it’s life. Awesome!
It does a great job of curling, and as it states, doesn’t pinch your corner lashes.
Great product for a very reasonable price for the quality you’re getting.

I’ve been using this curler for several months now, and I like it a lot more than the metal curlers that I used to use. It’s able to get to the base of my eyelashes without pinching my skin or lashes, which was a painful problem that I had with the metal curlers that I was using. It also creates a better curl with more volume. This curler is also very easy to store in my make-up case because it’s so small and it’s easy to clean. It comes with an additional insert that is stored in the bottom of the curler. I liked this feature because I never know where to store those tiny inserts. I always end up losing them and having to buy more when it’s time for them to be replaced.

Overall, I would recommend this curler to others. It’s well-priced and well-made. It also does a good job of curling my eyelashes.

I was skeptical about this product but am so glad I purchased it. I don’t like to wear a lot of make up & prefer not to use mascara every day. This is quick, convenient and my lashes stay more permanently curled even without adding mascara. Plus, it is so easy to take with you to touch up for evening. I started using it a few weeks ago, my lashes are already longer, thicker & healthier. I actually use this every day, couldn’t do that with my old one, common style (you know what kind I mean). . it always left me with missing & broken lashes, but not this one. It did take a few tries to get used to & it did not come with instructions. . . for it to work, you have to begin with the curler parallel to your face, then while you have your lashes pressed into it, gently tilt upward, till the curler is more or less perpendicular with your face. With gentle steady pressure & a quick count to ten, my lashes look great. Very pleased.
